Throughout our history, there have been reoccurring situations where the collective consciousness of women have been dismissed. For hundreds of years, we have been led to believe that we are not worthy, that others know how we should live our lives and treat our bodies. And because of this deeply ingrained wound in our feminine being,
WE HAVE FORGOTTEN HOW TO LISTEN TO AND TRUST OUR OWN INNER WISDOM AND TRUTH.
We have become accustomed to operating from a place of needing external validation and approval. We tend to embody more of the masculine energy of "doing" and allowing our mind's to run the show, developing more anxiety, self-doubt, and fear. We rarely find stillness/silence and drop into our hearts and listen for true guidance. We care for everyone else and put our own needs last. In this critical time in our history, something has to change. The masculine and the feminine energies need to be balanced again. We need to rise above old conditioning, awaken, and take our power back to bring forth more compassion and harmony with each other and the planet.
I invite you to take a journey of self-discovery, self-expression and self-reclamation.
This sacred retreat creates a safe, spacious container for you to do the feminine spiritual work of tapping into your inner wisdom. This is an opportunity for you to step out of your mind and into your heart and body. Throughout the weekend, you will learn and embody steps to trust your wisdom whispers and follow through with action from a place of grounded courage. You will feel seen, heard, and held in reverence. We will do this through meditation/breath work, connecting to Mother Earth, intuitive body movement/yoga, rituals, journaling, sound healing, creative self-expression, fireside chats/circles, nourishing and resting the body, and so much more. You will be held in sisterhood with a community of like-hearted women (I have no doubt you will make a friend ;). There will be life-giving laughter, healing tears, deep connection and sharing many aha moments together.

Our Gathering Place
High Pointe Hills in Libertyville is a hidden gem, conveniently close to Chicago and its suburbs, where you can unplug and rejuvenate. This property is 84-acres and was once the country estate of the Donnelley family. The main house was built in the 1950s and has a cozy vintage feeling. There's plenty of nature that surrounds the house with hiking trails, ponds, and even goats and hens! The private estate also includes a heated pool for lounging and relaxing.Our group will have the entire space for the retreat.
