MOON CIRCLES

​Moon circles are a safe space where women can enjoy being in sacred sisterhood, express themselves authentically, and feel supported and witnessed without judgement. You will learn the theme of the moon phase based on indigenous teachings and see how it can guide you in your life. We will incorporate rituals, grounding meditations, deep listening, sharing from the heart, and journaling to help you tune into your inner wisdom to find clarity.

Please bring a journal, pen and one small sacred object for the center altar that represents you.

INTUITIVE COACHING SESSIONS



Learn new tools that support the life you want to live. Intuitive Coaching sessions with Mother Lotus allow you to connect to the deepest part of yourself and tap into your Divine wisdom. Beyond traditional coaching, Mother Lotus integrates messages from your spirit guides, from universal wisdom and taps into energetic principles to help you find the root of suffering and re-align you to your soul’s purpose. Mother Lotus honors where you are in life and creates a safe empathic space full of compassion, non-judgment and unconditional love.

Realign with harmony and authentically connect with your Higher Self and Soul Purpose. These sessions are a safe, empathic space full of compassion and unconditional love, allowing you to release blockages, find inner balance and peace, and listen deeply to your heart's direction. Each session is intuitively customized for you using modalities including (but not limited to) Reiki, spirit guide messages, chakra balancing, crystals, shamanic drumming, ancient earth wisdom medicine wheel teachings, and more.

SOUND BATHS


​Feel cleansed, grounded and balanced by immersing yourself in a healing Sound Bath. This experience will create the space for you to get centered and release what no longer serves you so you can reset and start new. This Sound Bath utilizes frequency, vibration and stillness to create a meditative and relaxing environment that promotes a sense of calm and peace. Through a guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, a gong, and chimes, this sound journey will enable you to enter a deep, alpha-theta brainwave state, in which healing is stimulated at the cellular level; a therapeutic and transformational experience.

AYURVEDIC POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES

A mother’s vitality is paramount so she can fully nurture her baby. Rooted in ancient traditions, Maureen is “souly” focused on holistically mothering the mother and creating empowering experience during this challenging time.

She looks at the whole picture and services mothers in the comfort of their own home. Based on the mother’s needs at the time, home visits can include a personalized combination of the following:
  • Postnatal Planning: There’s so much that happens after birth. We will create a comprehensive plan together for an empowering experience.
  • Restorative Cooking, Herbs and Teas: Food is medicine. Based on your body’s needs, I prepare you nourishing meals, serve you warm lactation teas, and offer you rejuvenating herbs all while you rest with your baby.
  • Bodywork and Self-Care Practices: Aid your body’s healing process with Ayurveda’s ancient massage-like treatment called Abhyanga with special oils made for you. After, relax your muscles in a warm herbal bath.
  • Breastfeeding Support: It’s no easy feat to breastfeed. I will support you through any challenges and celebrate your victories!
  • Gentle Yoga and Relaxation Techniques: Experience 1-1 restorative yoga instruction and learn relaxation practices to calm your body and mind.
  • Coaching and Emotional Support: Being a mother can be a roller coaster and having someone to lean on can make a world of a difference.
